Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy
Your time and appointments are of the upmost importance to me. I understand things come up, and I am always happy to help you in rescheduling. In order to keep things running smoothly and to prevent cancellation fees, rescheduling or cancelling requires a 48 hour notice before your scheduled appointment time. When appointments are abruptly missed, it's unlikely that I will be able to offer your scheduled appointment time to another client. *Please note* I have a Strict Cancellation Policy. Appointments must be adjusted or cancelled before the 48 hour mark or you will be charged a cancellation fee. Failing to Cancel and or No Show will automatically subject you to be charged 100% of the booked service. If you are running late, I allow a 10 minute delay. After 10 minutes you will be marked as a No Show. **If you are a client with a GIFT CARD and No Show you will be charged 50%.
I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days (48 hours) before your scheduled appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment price.
*** Repetitive cancellations will terminate you as a client, and you will no longer be able to book online and or with Esthetics by Hailie. Repetitive cancellations are extremely frustrating and financially damning. I will not accept this. I take my time serious with all of my clients and I expect and appreciate the same in return.
